About the event
This fall season Hannah will be offering a series of Full Moon Free Spirit Movement Sessions at Naturally Wild Muskoka. This is a powerful opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level, release pent up emotions and to feel pure freedom in a non-judgemental, safe space. Some may dance, some may shake, some may sway or be in stillness. There is no right/wrong way to do this, only to have fun with it and honour yourself. Each session will start with an open circle reflecting on the theme/sign of the full moon, a brief meditation to get into the right space/state, 1-1.5 hours of movement, followed by a closing circle. Arrive a little early to stretch, wear movement-friendly clothes and bring a water bottle.
