Ashley Girard, ND
Dr. Ashley Girard, N.D. is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and a graduate of the four-year degree program from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).
After working for a family doctor she discovered medicine was her calling. In university she learned about the incredible impact of whole foods and exercise on disease, ultimately inspiring her to pursue naturopathic medicine. Ashley was granted a Bachelor of Science (Honours B.Sc.) from McMaster University in 2008. While studying, she worked as a vitamin and supplement consultant in the health food industry.
Ashley effectively bridges the gap between the bio-medical and holistic systems of medicine by emphasizing accurate diagnosis, appropriate testing, communication with MDs, and utilizing natural therapies that are safe and effective. She is a general family practitioner with additional knowledge on hormone balance, digestive issues, thyroid diseases, pain management, and urinary tract diseases. Ashley is passionate about educating her patients, finding root causes of disease, and inspiring change leading to a healthier and happier life.
Ashley lives just outside of Coldwater with her loving husband, dear daughter Josephine, and two adorable dachshunds.
I’m Dr. Hannah Lafayette-Brooks, ND and I’m very excited to be offering my Naturopathic services at Renewed Health and Wellness.
From a young age, I have always had a strong desire to help people. I feel extremely lucky to be able to do that through a career in Naturopathic Medicine. As a result, I put a lot of love and compassion into what I do.
I want to help you attain your wellness goals and achieve optimal health. I want you to feel cared about, understood and truly heard. With my approach, I try to act as a guide and support for you on your healing journey. I work with you to create a collaborative plan for your treatment, with the intention to empower you and give you confidence in your own ability to heal and grow.
I am light-hearted and open minded individual, with a lot of empathy and consideration for all beings. I take great pride in creating a non-judgemental, safe and accepting environment for my patients.
I love to treat people in all phases of life, but I have a particular passion for treating pregnant women, babies, children and teenagers. I was on the Paediatrics shift during my clinical internship and I have completed my Naturopathic Doula training, allowing me to gain more experience in those areas. Additionally, my personal pregnancy and parenting journey has given me a greater understanding and knowledge to help those going through their own. I also feel passionate about counselling and mental-emotional health. I truly value the importance of addressing such struggles to ease daily suffering in whatever ways possible.
I attended McMaster University, where I got my Bachelor of Science degree and then went onto achieve my Doctorate of Naturopathy in 2017, at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
It is so important to find the right Naturopath or health care practitioner to meet your present needs. I encourage everyone to book a complementary 15 minute consult to meet me in person, ask questions and ensure that I feel like the right fit for you.
If you have any questions you would like answered before coming in, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Katy Howard, ND
CLINIC FOUNDER and NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR
Please note Dr. Howard is taking patients by referral only.
After writing this bio a few times and finding each to be stuffy and unapproachable, I decided that perhaps I should just write one from the heart. It’s not an easy business trying to sum myself up in a short document that won’t leave out things I want to say.
First off, for those who don’t really want to wade through the details of who I am, but just want to make sure I know what I’m doing…

Marion completed her certification as Reflexologist through the Ontario College of Reflexology in January 2012.
Reflexology has been part of her life since her childhood in Switzerland. Her mother would use reflexology on Marion and her sister when they had a tummy-, headache or any other aches and pains. When it was time for Marion to find a new direction in life, with children in school full-time and the need to do something meaningful, it seemed a nice idea to continue and expand on this knowledge.
Helping others feel better is very important to her and she’s looking forward to share her passion with you.
