Katy Howard, ND
CLINIC FOUNDER and NATUROPATHIC DOCTOR
After writing this bio a few times and finding each to be stuffy and unapproachable, I decided that perhaps I should just write one from the heart. It’s not an easy business trying to sum myself up in a short document that won’t leave out things I want to say.
First off, for those who don’t really want to wade through the details of who I am, but just want to make sure I know what I’m doing…
Ashley Girard, ND
Dr. Ashley Girard, N.D. is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and a graduate of the four-year degree program from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).
After working for a family doctor she discovered medicine was her calling. In university she learned about the incredible impact of whole foods and exercise on disease, ultimately inspiring her to pursue naturopathic medicine. Ashley was granted a Bachelor of Science (Honours B.Sc.) from McMaster University in 2008. While studying, she worked as a vitamin and supplement consultant in the health food industry.
Ashley effectively bridges the gap between the bio-medical and holistic systems of medicine by emphasizing accurate diagnosis, appropriate testing, communication with MDs, and utilizing natural therapies that are safe and effective. She is a general family practitioner with additional knowledge on hormone balance, digestive issues, thyroid diseases, pain management, and urinary tract diseases. Ashley is passionate about educating her patients, finding root causes of disease, and inspiring change leading to a healthier and happier life.
Ashley lives just outside of Coldwater with her loving husband, dear daughter Josephine, and two adorable dachshunds.

Marion completed her certification as Reflexologist through the Ontario College of Reflexology in January 2012.
Reflexology has been part of her life since her childhood in Switzerland. Her mother would use reflexology on Marion and her sister when they had a tummy-, headache or any other aches and pains. When it was time for Marion to find a new direction in life, with children in school full-time and the need to do something meaningful, it seemed a nice idea to continue and expand on this knowledge.
Helping others feel better is very important to her and she’s looking forward to share her passion with you.
