While I am not a huge fan of new year resolutions, I know that this is the time that everyone is getting inundated with endless advertisements for short-term, quick-fix ideas for weight loss or personal transformation. As you all know, I love all things personal growth, but I encourage you to be mindful of what you do to your body at this time of year. Taking January to get a fresh start on the new year is inspiring and fun! Just be sure to take things at a realistic pace for you and your life.
