While I’m sure most of you know that I’m not big into fad diets and catch phrases, I am very interested in detoxification!  

We cannot be expected to live each moment of our lives with perfect behaviour, so it helps to have tools on hand to help bring us back into balance when we slip up.

When you’ve been “pre-toxing” there are a few simple things that you can do to help detox you back into balance.
